that the opportunity to read in this link the portion NON CITIZEN ELIGIBILITY FOR PUBLIC SERVICES,,, this was passed by REPUBLICAN CONTROL HOUSE AND SENATE,,, So for all you folks that are complaining about non citizens using our serivces, go and thanks those republicans,,and stop blaming Obama and his administration
