Dear Members 1. GoJamielsLawGo has shared a video with you on YouTube: http://www.StandWithArizona.com Crack dealer, car thief, Social Security fraudster, ILLEGAL ALIEN. Yet he is 'making a living' suing hundreds of small business owners under the Americans with Disabilities Act. Alfredo Garcia, who became paralyzed after getting drunk and falling out of an avocado tree, goes around all day - every day - looking for the most minor violations of ADA (or just filing false claims) in order to extort cash. How does an illegal alien felon even have standing to sue American citizens? Why was he never deported? Why is he not deported now? God only knows. It is just another story of madness in a nation which has totally lost its mind on illegal immigration. No other nation on Earth would ever put up with this. ************************************************* 2. Some Politicians are standing up for Law and Order Just wonder how long it will take before the Public's best interests are acted upon Ruthie Pols vow illegals crackdownOutraged over lax immigration lawsAppalled state pols are vowing to crack down on lax immigration policies after a Herald story yesterday uncovered that a suspect in a deadly Lawrence restaurant shooting is an accused illegal alien awaiting a deportation hearing in Texas - six months from now. "What was he doing walking the streets?" an indignant state Rep. Brad Hill (R-Ipswich) demanded to know of Fernando Guerrero-Lara, 27. "If the federal government isn't going to do their job, then I guess we'll have to start doing it ourselves, state by state." The Herald reported yesterday that a fatal federal red-tape delay may have left Guerrero-Lara free to roam the country while awaiting a March 2011 deportation hearing. Authorities allege Guerrero-Lara and a second man, Johan Saintclair, 30, walked into a packed birthday party at La Guira Restaurant on Broadway in Lawrence Monday and opened fire, killing mother of two Amarilis Roldan, 24, of Dorchester and Juan Suazo, 24, of Hyde Park. U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement has refused to say why Guerrero-Lara, a Dominican immigrant, was not in custody pending his preliminary March 7, 2011, deportation hearing. State Rep. Jeffrey Perry (R-Sandwich), who is running for retiring U.S. Rep. William Delahunt's seat, pushed this year to pass more stringent hurdles blocking illegal aliens from receiving state services. "This is a prime example of the impact illegal immigration has on our country," Perry said. "It's absolutely a matter of public safety." While state officials' hands are often tied when it comes to immigration debates, Sen. Robert Hedlund (R-Wrentham) said blocking state services for those here illegally could help. Hill said local lawmakers must put pressure on the Congressional delegation. "We need to send a very strong message to Washington that they need to address this," Hill said. "People are being killed because of their inaction ************************************************* 3. U.S. District Judge David Briones sentenced her to 20 years in prison after she pleaded guilty to six counts of drug smuggling, human trafficking and bribery. She was, in the words of prosecutors, a "valued asset" of the crime syndicate La Linea based in Ciudad Juarez, Mexico, directing the movements of at least five men, four of whom are in prison or dead. ************************************************ Mexican Gunmen Fire at Border Patrol AgentsANZALDUAS PARK - The FBI is investigating after armed men shot at border patrol agents on the Rio Grande. 5. Illegal aliens indicted on kidnapping and weapons charges Jim Kouri,Washington Examiner, 9/10/10 A federal grand jury in Columbus, Ohio, indicted six illegal aliens on 14-counts alleging conspiracy, hostage taking and gun crimes for abducting a woman and her two-year old daughter in Columbus on December 14 and 15, 2009. The suspects were captured by members of the Office of Homeland Security Investigations, the Columbus, OH, Police Department, and the Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco, Firearms and Explosives. "HSI will continue to work with its local and federal partners to remove dangerous illegal aliens from our communities," said Special Agent-in-Charge Brian Moskowitz. "These charges illustrate that commitment." The federal indictment charges each of the six defendants with one count of conspiracy to commit hostage taking, hostage taking, six counts of possession of a firearm in furtherance of a crime of violence, and six counts of possession of a firearm by an illegal alien. Named in the indictment are: -- Martin Valdez Zavala, 21, a Mexican national, -- Matias Gallegos-Villagomez, 24, a Mexican national, -- Augustin Galvin-Garcia, aka Pedro Rodriguez Solano, 40, a Mexican national, -- Guadalupe Villa-Rodriguez, 30, a Mexican national, -- Mauricio Martinez-Diaz, 28, a Salvadoran national, -- Jorge Toledo-Corzo, 28, a Mexican national. All six suspects are in federal custody. Conspiracy to commit hostage taking and hostage taking are punishable by up to life imprisonment. Each count of possession of a firearm in furtherance of a crime of violence is punishable by five years imprisonment consecutive to any other time served. Each count of possession of a firearm by an illegal alien is punishable by up to ten years imprisonment. The indictment alleges that the defendants kidnapped the wife and child of a Columbus man in December 2009 in an attempt to recover an alleged drug debt. Columbus Police became aware of the plot and made a vehicle stop on two cars, which contained the defendants, leaving a residence where the mother and child were being held. Columbus-based ICE HSI agents were contacted by Columbus Police to conduct a federal investigation. HSI and ATF agents obtained witness testimony, physical and DNA evidence, and identified the suspects as illegal aliens, which led to the federal indictment. Following the current criminal charges, the defendants will also be placed in removal proceedings.
