I welcome France's first lady Carla Bruni-Sarkozy to make a personal appeal to the German parliament for humanitarian aid, despite a dismissive response to the plan by some German politicians. I support Carla's aim to speak before the budget committee of the Bundestag lower house to seek funding as an ambassador for the Global Fund to Fight AIDS, Tuberculosis, and Malaria. This is a good idea, because Carla could deliver important arguments.

My support for Carla is a bid to soothe diplomatic relations with French President Nicolas Sarkozy, which have already faced challenges this month over France's illegal expulsion of Gypsies. It's becoming more difficult for Gypsies in France every single day. The traveling people, gens du voyage, are suddenly finding themselves on the wrong side of the French government, more so than at any other time since World War II. Basil Venitis muses that Sarko cannot understand that he is also a sort of gen du voyage, a virtual Gypsy, since his father is a Hungarian immigrant and his mother a Jewish Greek! A virtual Gypsy harasses Gypsies!

The idea for Bruni's Berlin trip was broached during my meeting with Sarkozy in New York, to which Sarkozy brought his wife and son. Earlier, we were at odds over Sarkozy's false claim that I intended to adopt a similiar campaign of deporting Gypsies. France's ongoing deportation of Gypsies has been making headlines around the globe. But Gypsies have been living in France for many centuries.

In the 15th century, Gypsies arrived in Europe from India via Little Egypt, a passage in Northern Greece. In Gypsy ghettos, the narrow alleyways criss-cross between pre-war buildings, and laundry hangs out to dry overhead. Children play barefoot around in the alleyways, while elderly men talk animatedly in front of their apartment buildings. In Gypsy camps, tents are scattered all over under unhealthy conditions. Nobody gives a damn, nobody cares. Children here belong to a lesser God.

Carla wants to ask Germany for an extra 200 million euros for the Global Fund, to which Sarkozy promised a billion euros from France. My development ministry has set aside only 200 million euros for the fund next year and has ruled out further pledges for now. This is an indication why Germany is not in financial trouble and France is!

Basil Venitis, twitter.com/Venitis, muses that France-Fourth Reich(EU) relations have become increasingly similar to the Ballet de la Merlaison, created by Louis XIII of France in the 17th century. In this unique ballet, the king authored the work and played the leading role. All the other roles in the ballet were considered extras, who eagerly danced to the tune of the king. As long as the king was still alive, this ballet was considered to be the work of a genius. Sarko, who loves the Ballet de la Merlaison, asserts France should play the leading role in Fourth Reich!

For one week per month, the Eldorado of Prostitutes, aka European Parliament, transfers its entire staff from Brussels to Strasbourg, where it holds monthly voting sessions, just to satisfy Napoleon Sarko. This traveling circus costs the European taxpayers around 200 million euros per year and wastes valuable time on a real gravy train that could be better spent critically scrutinizing EU legislation. But 200 million euros is exactly what Carla wants from Germany!

Venitis muses that Napoleon Sarko is neurotic, bipolar, Oedipal, and psychopathic. Sarko seeks the love of the public, because his father abandoned him as a child. The swift replacement of Cecilia by Carla is a symptom of self-indulgence and insecurity. Sarko's narcissism, aggression, and childish behaviour stem from insecurity. Sarko's problem is his inability to distinguish his ego from his soul. Acute sarkozis means being obsessed by the phenomenon of Napoleon Sarko, le personnage mythologique, rather than Sarko's soul, that France does not know Sarko as well as it thinks.

Bettencourtgate, the source to sink route of French kickbacks, is a tragedy mixing the high drama of Corneille and the farce of Moliere. Many Francokleptocrats are constantly marching through the house of Bettencourts, especially at election time. They all come to pick up their envelopes, from 100,000 euros to one million euros. Sarko has been a regular visitor, and a venitist overhears their conversations, because Liliane Bettencourt is quite deaf and Sarko has to speak loudly. Sarko gets many envelopes. It happens in one of the little ground floor salons next to the dining room, usually after the meal. In this discrete manner, the billionaire family at the helm of the L'Oreal cosmetics empire put their stamp on French politics. Everyone in the house knows that Napoleon Sarko comes to see Bettencourt just to pick up kickbacks. Sarko has become a sink of kickbacks!
