I just wanted to know if you are donating your ornaments or selling them?
There is a huge difference, if you are donating them, then what ever they
sell for is the set price, ( unless you have an prearranged agreement on
selling price), and there is no reason to feel insulted as you donated the
items out of the kindness of your heart and they are no longer yours, plus
the fact they probably did not know what the value of them was. I too had to
learn this lesson.
On the other hand, if you are selling them then you set the price, product
cost, plus time.
I take the dollor amount of unit cost it takes to make the item, and the
dollor amount you pay yourself per hour.
example: $ 7.00 per unit cost X $ 5.00 ph x 2hours =$17.00 per ornament.
This is a very simple formula.
