@Wonk – I also thought that video was superb and very detailed. But
it also got me to thinking. On page 11 of Gingery's "The Metal
Lathe" book, he states

"It is well to remember that knowledge is generally passed on
reluctantly. Those who know how want to maintain their superior
position so they always try to make it as difficult as possible.
It's up to you to discover the secret and avoid the diversions that
such people want to set in your way."

I am having quite a hard time understanding Gingery's book(s) right
now. And then Wonk posts this excellent video, sweet and to the point!
My lack of skill in English is my own fault but anyway... :p
