Pierre,

If I understand you right, you are suggesting that the face of the cutter is best aligned with the center line of the pivot pin. I agree and that is what I did. The idea came to me from an old Home Shop Machinist article. Does make sense to me.

Glad you liked the YouTube video. I still watch it once in a while when away from home.
