i like your power hacksaw  it looks like the one my dad and i built in the 80's 
 for him to slab rocks with ,
 
 it took a long long time to cut , but he would sit out in his shop and drink 
 beer and watch it cut   lol

 I no longer own it since I didn't have room and now have a 3:1
 brake/sheer/roller that is 30" wide.
 
 It's unlikely you can scale it to do heavier metal at that width. Even
 solid rolls of that diameter will flex way too much.
