Cuba is classic exmaple of how you can't inpsire revolution in a Nation, where the Army is the key to power. Denial of better ghings, can't begin to rival brute force. Better to open the markets, let the Cuban people SEE the goods they could have. Walt

Time to end the embargo and allow this treatment among others to be used in the USA.
