Occasionally when someone is not highly computer literate they do not realize when they send out a joke or a message of some kind that they have added a person or group to their Address Book. Then they send a message to everyone in their book.

Ask me how I know <lol>!! I have a very good friend that kept doing that. I didn't realize that she didn't know she was sending to everyone in her Address Book. I helped her correct it.

I've been getting this spam too, but have no idea if it's from someone on
this list. I just blocked the sender. If it's a real person who is
stupid/rude enough to think it's ok to harvest email addresses for this
rubbish without getting permission, it's usually true that the NONE of their
posts have anything of value worth reading in the 1st place, so blocking
them is no loss.
