Report Suspicious Activities – If you spot suspicious activity on Election Day, call our hotline number at 877-602-WATCH or log an incident on our website.  Take notes about what you saw — what you saw, when it occurred, where it took place and who was involved (ask people for their names). Take a photograph of the license plate of any vehicles involved (note  - you must be at least 100 feet away from the polling place).  If the incident involves a van or bus carrying multiple people to a polling place, try to follow the vehicle to see if it goes to other polling places.

This 17-minute video documents a case of potential voter fraud that occurred in Crow Wing County. On Friday, October 29th, 2010, a member of the Minnesota Freedom Council witnessed apparent voter fraud occurring at the Crow Wing County Courthouse in Brainerd, Minnesota.  Upwards of 100 residents from a local group home for mentally disadvantaged individuals were brought into the County Courthouse to cast absentee ballots.  The witness reported that supervisors were telling voters to cast a straight Democrat ticket.  There was even a report of a voter prematurely leaving the voting both and a supervisor casting the ballot for the voter. Essentially, the people in-charge were taking advantage of the mentally disabled in order to bolster the vote for their candidates of choice. These individuals involved can be charged with a felony under Minnesota election laws.  Formal complaints are in the process of being filed with the Crow Wing County Attorney.

AN FYI

Congresswoman Betty McCollum Omits "Under God" from the Pledge

Democratic Congresswoman Betty McCollum from Minnesota's 4th Congressional District is shown in this video leading Congress in the Pledge of Allegiance.  Just one problem -- she appears to intentionally omit the words "Under God" from the Pledge.

Click the following link to watch the video:

McCollum claims she was simply taking a breath.  Watch the video and judge for yourself.  McCollum should at least have the courage to admit the truth about her personal convictions.

McCollum is being challenged by an articulate law school professor by the name of Teresa Collett.  Collett handily won a recent debate in which McCollum's anger flared on several occasions:

(Yahoo News)- An immigrant-rights group has released a report (PDF) predicting that 25 states may try next year to pass anti-illegal-immigration laws similar to Arizona's controversial legislation.
The number of states considering legislation modeled after SB1070, the bill that Arizona GOP Gov. Jan Brewer signed into law this spring, is apparently growing: Earlier, pro-enforcement groups said 22 states were considering the bill, the Washington Independent's Elise Foley notes.
The new efforts are going forward even after a federal judge ruled key parts of the Arizona law unconstitutional and enjoined its enforcement in Arizona in July. That decision is now under appeal before the Ninth U.S. Circuit Court.
Georgia, Mississippi, Oklahoma and South Carolina are most likely to pass a similar law next year, the new report says. Tennessee, Utah, Florida, Nebraska, Pennsylvania, Texas, Arkansas, Indiana, Colorado, Virginia, Minnesota, Missouri, Idaho and Kansas made the report's "maybe" list. In Maryland, Nevada, Massachusetts, North Carolina, Michigan, Ohio and Rhode Island, the legislation is seen as less likely to pass.
The report notes that from 2006 to 2008, municipalities passed a host of local laws and statutes cracking down on employers hiring illegal immigrants.

WASHINGTON -- Senate Majority Leader Harry Reid (D-Nev.) has promised to bring the DREAM Act, an important piece of legislation for the Latino community, to a vote in the Senate after the November elections -- whether or not Democrats retain their majority.

Reid's remarks will air on Sunday on Univision in an interview with host Jorge Ramos. On Twitter, Ramos wrote, "Harry Reid told me that, win or lose, he will present again the Dream Act in the Senate after the elections."

The Huffington Post confirmed Reid's remark with a Democratic source, who said that the exact timeline hasn't yet been worked out. The source noted that because the federal government is operating under a continuing resolution, the first order of business will likely be approving new funding, as well as approving a large number of Obama nominees who have been blocked by Republicans. But the source confirmed that Reid's answer to Ramos on whether he will bring up the DREAM Act was an "unequivocal yes."

Immigration advocates praised the news that the DREAM Act will receive a chance for passage in the lame-duck session of Congress.

"The DREAM Act would give a group of young immigrants here without immigration status through no fault of their own the chance to attend college, serve in the military and earn citizenship," said Frank Sharry, executive director of America's Voice. "These valedictorians, future scientists and future soldiers are Americans in all but paperwork, and we are thrilled that Senator Reid is committed to moving this common-sense measure before the end of the year."

"We support and will be looking for viable efforts to pass the DREAM Act after the election," said Center for American Progress Vice President for Immigration Policy Advocacy Angela Kelley. "In order for that to happen however, like-minded Republicans will have to step forward and show their support for this modest measure to provide relief to young people. There hasn't been a lot to suggest that bipartisan constructive conversation on immigration is possible, but I'd love to be proven wrong."

http://thehill.com/blogs/ballot-box/house-races/126373-grijalva-fights-for-his-political-life-against-insurgent-republican

TUCSON, Ariz. — Four-term Progressive Caucus Co-Chairman Rep. Raul Grijalva (D) is locked in the fight of his political life against a 28-year-old rocket scientist.

Raytheon physicist Ruth McClung does not have the most sophisticated campaign operation this election cycle — it's being managed by her mother, Gini Crawford — but the Republican nonetheless finds herself running neck and neck with an established Democrat.

McClung's sudden rise has taken many — including Grijalva — by surprise. She entered the GOP primary race in May 2009, defeated four challengers in August and now finds herself on the verge of a stunning election upset, according to a number of polls.

The Cook Political Report moved the race between McClung and Grijalva to "toss-up" in early October despite the registration edge for Democrats in the district.

In recent weeks, McClung's campaign has benefited from an influx in outside cash and donor dollars spurred by endorsements from conservative heavyweights Sarah Palin, Michelle Malkin and Tammy Bruce.

In an interview with The Hill after a town-hall event Tuesday, McClung said the National Republican Congressional Committee (NRCC) had dismissed her chances against Grijalva.

"[The NRCC] wrote it off," McClung said. "We have very little contact with them."
