(From our good friend/Patriot - Nick) What commander in chief, acting to protect U.S. citizens, would order the inspection of American genitalia, rather than order the military to secure our borders against terrorists, criminals and drugs emanating from the out of control drug war in Mexico, which in one year, has killed twice the total number of U.S. military fatalities in Iraq and Afghanistan combined? Three human smugglers were arrested. According to police, the children were brought into this country without their parents, from Mexico, Colombia and El Salvador. They were more than likely brought here to be used in the sex-slavery industry. The smugglers were holding the children for ransom, trying to extort money from their parents and threatening to rape the girls. *************************************************** 6. Illegal alien accused of raping 11-year-old girl in Alabama...gives insight to growing problem Juan Rios Photo: Limestone County Sheriff's Office On Monday, Limestone County sheriff's deputies arrested Juan Lopez Rios, 23, who allegedly had sex with an 11-year-old girl for more than a year. He has been charged with rape. According to court documents, the illegal alien also had a habit of biting the young girl, who has multiple deep bite marks on her chest. The mother called police when she discovered the wounds. Limestone County Sheriff Mike Blakely told WAFF News of the brutality the girl suffered: "That within itself constitutes a crime even if statutory rape had not occurred." Sheriff Blakely also said: "When he was arrested, he admitted she was 11-years-old, but he didn't know he would go to jail for it." *************************************************** 7. Illegal alien sentenced to prison for raping foster mom On Wednesday, Henrico County Judge Daniel T. Balfour sentenced convicted rapist, Arturo F. Lopez, 18, to 50 years in prison, but suspended 20 of those years. Due to the grievous nature of the illegal alien's crime, Judge Balfour actually went beyond the sentencing guidelines which ranged from nine years and 10 months to 21 years and one month for abduction and rape convictions. Lopez, who took a bus to Richmond, after entering the country illegally last year, was placed with a foster couple after he was found wandering the streets, homeless. On April 9, just five days after his 18th birthday, Lopez attacked his 55-year-old foster mom in the living room of the family home, as her husband slept upstairs. He brutalized the woman and raped her at knife point. The victim was able to escape, by convincing Lopez that she had to get to work. Once out of the house, she immediately called police, along with her pastor. During Lopez' trial, Henrico Assistant Commonwealth's Attorney Robert M. Wood explained how the woman's life had been destroyed by the savage attack. The victim her self, told the jury of her pain, and how she can longer trust anyone, ending her long service as a foster mother, saying: "I don't have it in me emotionally to move over for someone else." At the time of his arrest, the Mexican national told detectives he simply walked across the border and took a bus to Richmond, Va. *Reporter's note: Not only has this woman become yet another victim of illegal immigration, but so have too, a great many struggling children…children who have been robbed of the love and guidance she can simply no longer give because of this brutal ordeal. ***************************************************** 8. One illegal alien...two murders, one rape, five armed robberies and two sexual assaults Artemio Hernandez Photo: booking photo According to police in Clayton County, Georgia, Artemio Hernandez, 31, is responsible for two murders and an armed robbery spree across the metro Atlanta area. Last month, Hernandez was charged with the murder of 17-year old Monica Ambriz, who went missing during her lunch break from the grocery store where she worked on Oct. 10. Her body was found behind an office building a week and a half later. She had been raped. Hernandez has confessed to the murder. Forest Park police say that Hernandez is also responsible for the robbery and murder of Maria Gloria Galvan de Riveria, 61. Four days before Ambriz went missing, de Riveria's body was found in her home. She was killed by a combination of blunt force trauma, strangulation and stabbing. In addition to the murders, Hernandez is also allegedly responsible for the following string of robberies: -On Oct. 17, Hernandez allegedly entered El Banco on Tara Boulevard, pulled out a gun, jumped over the counter and told a teller: "Don't move or I'll shoot you 15 times (expletive). Give me the money." - On Oct. 23, Hernandez reportedly robbed the Dominican Hair Salon on North Henry Boulevard. Salon employee, Gladys Kazantzis, says she was beaten up and robbed at gunpoint by Hernandez. She told Channel 2 Action News: "He grabbed me from the hair and pulled me over to the register. So I was really scared thinking he was going to kill me." According to police, two female employees were tied up, and Hernandez tried to strip one of the victims and fondled the other. Hernandez took a small amount of cash and ran away. -On Oct. 24, Henry County police say that Hernandez robbed another salon just down the street and stole an employee's ATM card. The victim told police that he threatened to return and rape her if the PIN number she gave him proved to be false. -On Oct. 25, Hernandez allegedly robbed an ice cream shop in Forest Park, pulling a gun on an employee and a child before fleeing with the money. -On Oct. 26, the illegal alien's crime spree finally ended when Chamblee police caught Hernandez in the act of robbing a Payless Shoe Source. An employee escaped during the robbery and called police. Hernandez is currently being held in the DeKalb County Jail without bond. ***************************************************** 10. Wednesday December 1, 2010 Police: CA crossing guard beaten in front of kids LOS ANGELES (AP) - With frightened children looking on, a crossing guard was beaten and robbed of her stop sign and whistle after she tried to get an SUV to stop near an elementary school, authorities said Tuesday. The 59-year-old guard did not appear to be seriously injured, but she had a bruise on her face after the attack, said John Sayers, principal of nearby Russell Elementary School. "She was more upset about the children having to see that than what happened to her," Sayers said. The crossing guard, whose name was not released, was helping about 20 children across a street in the unincorporated Florence area of South Los Angeles when she tried to stop an SUV on Monday, the sheriff's department said. As the vehicle drove toward her, she held her sign aloft and said, "'You have to stop, the children come first,'" according to a police statement. Authorities said the driver, Jose Hernandez, 27, yelled that he was not stopping. As he was shouting, his girlfriend, Vanessa Del Pilar Martinez, 20, left the SUV. When the guard tried to walk away, Martinez punched her and knocked her to the ground, authorities said. Detective Frank Heredia said the driver then got out the SUV and grabbed the guard's stop sign as Martinez yanked her whistle and ID tag from around her neck. Some witnesses told investigators they saw the driver punch the guard, too.
