thanks, John. I've seen that one, and the drawing is MUCH harder for me to follow, that being why I asked for the "for dummies" approach. The one Ron found breaks things down in enough detail I can follow it more easily, when and if I can learn the appropriate techniques.
My last class in mechanical drawing, making and reading same, was in 1970. I'm a little out of practice, now. ;) Freshman year of HS, and I flunked, to boot! Teenage attitude, mostly.
