It wasn't Arnold's fault what has happened in California - the fact is that with so many well paying US jobs no longer being filled by US citizens, state and federal taxes fell sharply. When we had good jobs we paid much more in tax. Now being without much earnings we don't pay much in taxes. The best thing to do is to deport all h1bs and illegal workers and fill those jobs with tax paying US citizens.
