This book consists of interviews that a few Muslims gave to a non-Muslim. According to one of those Muslims, Quran says that to kill one is to kill all. According to him it is a sin to kill someone who has not committed a murder. One of the statements that had been made by one of my Muslim coworkers a number of years ago finally makes sense to me. He had said that he had read Quran a number of times and never came across a statement that says that it is OK to kill someone.
