Mine is all cast, main ways on but not scraped.
Awaiting more cold rolled steel for the remaining ways and gibs.
The feet are solid cast, the bed is Gingery but half again thicker, the main ways are screwed on with 2 rows of 1/4 x 20 countersunk screws (too lazy to go downstairs to check the number)about every 2"
The major problem is I have way too many projects in the line that seem to be more important to finish first.
