Every government program that is cut only adds to the unemployment count and reduces the cash flow that keeps our economy floating, and in doing this, actually hurts the private employment sector because the reduction in cash flow reduces the demand for goods and services that keeps the capitalists in $10 cigars. They will also be forced to cut back, depending on existing inventory to buy those $10 cigars.
