Hello Alan,
How is your lathe coming along? last I heard you had most of the casting poured! Have you started machining any of the cast iron yet or are you letting it cure for awhile? The face plates you guys cast for me our last visit down are sill in need of machining.( that is the toughest cast iron I've ever worked!) I've been ill so haven't spent much time in the shop the last year or so. We are planning a casting party up this way, check in with Rex and Joe for details!
Cheers Wonk
> I know that feeling. I don't really, really need a lathe, but I'm in the process of building one because I like learning things that are new to me and I like trying out various ways of doing things.
