Jose, unlike Matthew, I do like guns, and loading & reloading for them, but he's given some good advice. Check for existing groups, and join them. You'll learn a lot!
You might also check out the laws for muzzle-loading weapons. They may be different in Portugal. Here in the US, depending on state, you can find considerable differences in the rules from place to place for antique and replica firearms.
BTW, there is a muzzle-loading Yahoo group, as well as at least one on swaging bullets. I don't have the URL's handy, or I'd post them. May be able to do so later.
