| Will Congress Show Courage in the Face of Disobedience By: Ruthie Hendrycks April 2011 It was only a matter of time before those who ARE and those who SUPPORT illegal aliens and illegal immigration - "Up the Anti" with more forceful demands. This is the bi-product of years of blatantly refusing to enforce our immigration laws and letting those who ignore and ridicule the rule of law - continue to get a free ride for their behavior. Below are two articles by two separate Gutierrez's - demanding amnesty and/or suggesting negative actions - if their demands are not met. So, how will those that we have elected to serve as our Representatives in Congress and State Government react to this civil disobedience - if indeed it does become a reality? Will these leaders stand up for the "Rule Of Law" and finally realize the travesty that has been taking place. Will they finally respond to the majority of Americans demand to enforce our immigration laws, address border security and illegal immigration? Or, will they quietly ignore the situation...... in an aiding and abetting fashion with their heads buried in the sand? And, if the later is the case - do these Representatives understand the precedent they will be setting? Are they concerned with the future demands (by those who spit on our "rule of law" and immigration policies) and increased threats of disobedience and where these demands will lead the Country? How dare anyone enter the United States of America illegally and then have the gall to take to the streets in a disobedient fashion and demand the right to stay. How dare those illegally in the Country threaten our voting process with threats of withholding their votes, when - if in the Country illegally - they have no right to vote to begin with. How dare Congress and State Leaders ignore the very people they have sworn to represent over that of an illegal alien. We have demanded enforcement of our laws. We have demanded a secure border to end the flow of drugs, illegal immigration and terrorists that ARE slipping over the borders. We have demanded to be heard, and .... we find ourselves still continuing to make these demands over and over again - many times falling on deaf ears. So it all comes down to this.............. Will the DEMANDS of the American People be answered? Will the demands of illegal aliens or those who support illegal immigration through intimidation and threats be answered? Will Congress show Courage in the face of Civil Disobedience and Restore Order or take the path towards anarchy? Ruthie ******* 1. ******************************************** 2. Immigration Activist Warns of 'Civil War' By Jerry Kammer, Apr 19th, 2011 Juan Jose Gutierrez, the president of an immigration activist group called Vamos Unidos, predicts that hundreds of thousands of people will march in Los Angeles on May Day, demanding legalization for illegal immigrants. In an appearance Sunday on the Univision program "Al Punto", Gutierrez said that legalization is the only way out of the current policy stalemate. Expressing alarm that federal authorities have deported more than 800,000 illegal immigrants during the Obama administration, he warned that unless Congress passes immigration reform, mounting frustrations with enforcement of immigration laws could lead to violence. Here is an excerpt from his comments: What is the country going to do? When are they going to start arresting – not 800,000 – all of us? When are they going to declare war on us? When will there be a civil war in this country? Is that what the country wants? Is that what the president wants? Is that what the leaders in Congress want? That there be conflicts like we had in the sixties, where the violence explodes? Because our people – it has to be said clearly – can't take any more. In an apparent reference to total number of illegal immigrants arrested and removed from the country, through deportations carried out by ICE and "voluntary returns" carried out by the Border Patrol, Gutierrez then said: We're talking about more than a million people that they have been deporting every year for more than 25 years. This doesn't happen anyplace in the world. We need to be grateful that it hasn't happened to more people here, taking into account what has happened in France with the immigrants, in Spain and in other countries where there has been real violence. And here there is still time to (solve the problem) civically.
