Each individual who is believed to have initiated an act of physical violence toward another human being could be approached by a small crowd. The members of this crowd could be individuals who have been studying martial arts and are wearing bullet proof clothing for the occasion. The members of the crowd would inform the person who is believed to be physically violent that he or she is being taken into protective custody by people who do not want him or her to be killed by vigilantes. They would make way for this person to enter their bus and would move only when he or she moves. The suspect would be taken to a rehabilitation center where he or she would study Ethics. The individual would be released only after he or she becomes harmless enough. Unethical individuals who are not physically violent would simply be boycotted until they abandon their unethical behavior.
