Thanks for taking the time to reply - I really appreciate it. However :) all
the links you sent me, and the book are all about making flowers/leaves with
seedbeads (which I love and am totally into as well) but I am specifically
looking for using lucite flower parts and leaves - and one might think that you
can use them just like any other beads but they are kind of different in that I
want to figure out how to do things like put one flower inside another to look
more authentic and figure out how to put little crystals/seedbeads etc. in the
middle (and what stringing materials do I use to do this and how...) and mixing
the colors etc. I don't as yet have my flowers and leaves - so maybe once I have
them in front of me it will be easier to figure out how to mix and match the
various shapes/sizes/colors to look more real And I need to figure out how to
make them lay correctly - so the pretty parts show and aren't showing in an
awkward way - especially for the crown/wreath - which will need to have the
flowers and leaves at different angles - do you know what I mean? I am looking
forward to experimenting, but it is always nice to have a pattern or two to do
first - just to help me get the hand of things - ya know?
Thanks you so much,
April
