The European Commission is seeking to complicate the Professional Qualifications Directive, by imposing more requirements and bureaucracy. But all licenses of Fourth Reich countries should be abolished, including doctors, lawyers, and marriage. Fourth Reich licensure is an immoral exercise of force, an overly burdensome restraint on trade, a violation of the right to liberty, a mill of kickbacks.
Government is a guarantor of liberty and is compatible with liberty only if its range is adequately restricted to the preservation of economic freedom. Internal Market Commissioner Michel Barnier said that updating the Professional Qualifications Directive is one of the priorities of the Single Market Act and will help make the European economy more competitive while encouraging growth and job creation. We need to make it easier for professionals to go to where job vacancies exist. Barnier will consider a number of important issues during this process including the creation of a professional card for interested professions and improving the training requirements for certain professions.
Any Greek has the natural right to pursue any means of providing for his family, so long as in doing so he does not act fraudulently or otherwise violate the rights of others. The October-18 Mafia mandated license turns the market of the Cradle of Kleptocracy upside down. It prohibits every Greek from producing in a given industry except for those who are granted the privilege of doing so by the October-18 Mafia, especially those who provide huge kickbacks to kleptocrats. The October-18 Mafia, in such a scenario, absorbs all individual rights unto itself and then divvies up some of those rights in any number of ways.
Barnier claims the introduction of a professional card closely linked to the Internal Market Information System (IMI) could make it considerably easier for professionals to have their qualifications recognised in another Member State. A professional card issued by a competent authority in the professional's home Member State could then allow the professional to demonstrate his credentials to consumers, employers, and relevant authorities in another Member State.
Under the licensing system of October-18 Mafia, such as it exists today in the Cradle of Kleptocracy, if some Greek attempts to exercise his natural right to provide for himself without the October-18 Mafia 's nod of approval, which usually comes with kickbacks, that person goes to jail. Imprisonment for supporting oneself in an honest and non-fraudulent manner which does not infringe on the rights of others just doesn't seem right. Preemptive protection is offensive in nature, and therefore, is itself a violation of natural rights. In a free society, it is only after fraud or another violation of rights takes place that the state has the right to intervene on behalf of the consumer.
Stakeholders are invited to give their input about the potential of new common platforms to facilitate the mobility of professionals where there is no automatic recognition by developing sets of commonly agreed criteria for professional qualifications. They could be used to reduce differences in training requirements.
By means of the licensure power, the October-18 Mafia can permit a Greek to eat or it can condemn him to starve, unless he gives kickbacks to kleptocrats. So long as the October-18 Mafia has the power to issue licenses to live in the Cradle of Kleptocracy, Greeks cannot claim to be free, and living without freedom is not much of a life. Fortunately, Greeks still have a license to kill unsound and coercive October-18 Mafia measures during elections, so let Greeks use that license to regain their right to live with their votes.
Barnier notes the minimum training requirements of certain professions (e.g. some health professions and architects) could be reformed. To that end, certain adjustments to the duration and content of training, as well as possibly changing the requisite language skills for health professions, could be necessary. This would also strengthen the legitimacy of automatic recognition of qualifications.
Beyond the unprecedented mandates, new taxes, massive entitlement expansion, unworkable and costly insurance provisions, and its failure to control costs, new laws concentrate enormous power to kleptocrats. It creates a giant network for the government micromanagement of health plans, benefits, insurance markets, and unprecedented intervention into all services.
Stakeholders are invited to respond to the consultation by 20 September 2011. The Commission will subsequently organize a high level conference on 7 November 2011. A legislative proposal is foreseen for December 2011. All humans have the right to earn a living. For many people, owning a business is the very definition of their dream.
But in today's world, attaining such a dream is made increasingly difficult by laws and regulations that interfere with entrepreneurs and their right to earn a living. We must defend many hardworking citizens against the unfair and ludicrous restrictions imposed on them by government. These rules and regulations allow kleptocrats s and pullpeddlers to play favorites, rewrite contracts, file frivolous lawsuits, seize private property, and manipulate private choices.
