Andy- Sorry about the confusion- that was the response I received from Kathy at Village Publishing after trying to locate the Surface Grinder article in their index. I was also informed they had several from the 80's as well available only on photocopy.
 
I was in a rush and failed to mention this was a response I had. My apologies.
