to start making progress a big storm came thru earlier and knocked off a 2' diameter stalk 100' long off my maple tree, crashed right over the top of the roof of the lean to and partially caved the roof in. Thank god I hadn't moved any of my welders etc into that area yet as who knows how many inches of rain poured in there.
Best part is there's massive storms 2 hours from here heading straight this way. Bastards. It's dark now, not much I can do but wait it out. Maybe ill just throw a tarp over the bad area and be on my way to one of the hillbilly shop hangouts I was so fondly bragging about a couple weeks ago lol.
All in all---it's nothing I can't fix in a couple days. Getting that dam branch(which is huge) outa here is going to be more work than the barn. Pisses me off, I was really looking forward to firing up one of those new kilns I got this week.
