Thank you. That was very informative. I didn't run mills very often, so I don't have a lot of experience with DRO's. This article clears up a lot of confusion on my part.

Digital Read-Out (DRO) is no longer the super expensive addition to
commercial shops. They are commonly found in hobby shops although some of
