You asked the question about Loctite? Loctite is used when the possibility of a bolt working loose. It is not necessary but the security is worth using it. As you will find out, the reciprocating motion things have a tendency to loosen. On the other end when a steel bolt is tightened into aluminum sometimes after years they will guild or lockup. Motorcycle mechanics have to deal with it all the time. Loctite is just an insurance policy it will not come loose on its own. And depending on the application the Loctite is made for, you may never loosen it.
