You bring up a good point, Rick. It wouldn't be much of an issue to use larger diameter bars. My tests to 300 pounds didn't present a problem. (yet)<g>

A suggestion made by several truck drivers that have seen it, was to use pneumatic tires and also to make the whole thing out of aluminum.
