Andrej Dynko points out Belarus is Europe's last dictatorship. The ministers of defence and internal affairs, the heads of the KGB and the presidential security service not one of them was born in Belarus.

It is unique in 21st century Europe that one man controls the executive, legislature and judiciary of a sovereign state. Lukashenko appoints the head of the Electoral Commission, and the head of the country's top media. If he mentions someone at a meeting, that person must stand!
Lukashenko's son Kolya, in full ceremonial uniform, watches military parades next to his father, and country's generals salute them. The head of state even changed his birthday so he could celebrate it on the same day as his beloved youngest son!
Punishing online stalking is considered unconstitutional in USA. But Belarus and Greece have laws that ban defamation on internet. However, internet's decentralized structure makes it immune to gagging. A blogger considers censorship a rotten path and routes around it. Blogs thrive on information gaps created by conventional mainstream media that come with sources and bylines.
Dynko asked a Venezuelan political scientist why Hugo Chavez supports Lukashenko. He replied that Lukashenko shares with him the knowledge of how to retain power. And it works. Lukashenko could explain how he subordinated all public institutions to the presidency and how he set about purposefully weakening all remaining social structures he had failed to subordinate.
Lese-majeste is the crime of violating majesty, an offense against the dignity of the president or religion. Lese-majeste is now used only in repressed countries, such as Belarus and Greece. The 14th article of the Constitution of Greece makes it lese-majeste for the media to insult the President of Greece as well as Christianity and any other religion recognized by the state.
Index on Censorship points out Lukashenko used extreme measures to achieve pseudostability. His first prime minister, Mikhail Chyhir, was jailed. Parliament's speaker Syamen Sharetsky was forced into exile, as was as former parliamentarian and opposition leader Zyanon Paznyak. Former deputy prime minister Victor Ganchar and the interior minister Yuri Zakharenka disappeared; some think they were killed.
Lukashenko emulates the October-18 Mafia, the most disgusting predator of internet on Earth! Civil society was shocked by the brutality and stupidity of the October-18 2010 fiasco, initiated by the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the government of Greece. That's why October-18 Mafia is the new name of the government of Greece!
Lukashenko drew conclusions from his experiences in the first years of his reign. Lately he has tried not to let any charasmatic political figures gain a following. In recent years, all the prime ministers and heads of the houses of parliament have been older than Lukashenko, with the personality and prescence of a bucket.
Governments of many repressed countries, such as Belarus and Greece, use marilizardist tools to manipulate netizens. Marilizard Libel is accusing dissident bloggers of treason, Marilizard Spaghetti is hurling charges against innocent people, Marilizard Tower is a stack of imaginary charges to scare a blogger, and marilizardism is terrorizing dissident bloggers. October 18 is the international day against marilizardism, and October-18 Mafia is the marilizardist government of Greece.
Index on Censorship notes the dictator's approach to the selection of law enforcement agencies' heads was particularly interesting. To date, none of the leaders of four major law enforcement agencies the Presidential Security Service, State Security Committee (KGB), the Ministries of Interior and Defence were born in Belarus (Vtyurin, Zaytsev, Kuleshov, Zhadobin).
All of them come from other former Soviet countries. Are they Russians, one may ask. No, Dynko would call them Soviets. Mostly they are children of military personnel whose homeland was not a country, but military camps of the former Soviet empire. The head of the Central Electoral Committee, Lidiya Yermoshina is also the daughter of a Soviet officer. These people perceive the collapse of the Soviet Union not only as a geopolitical tragedy, but a personal tragedy. They supported the Soviet populist Lukashenko because they were afraid to remain strangers in new nation states.
Dynko points out another reason in choosing these mercenaries.
According to Belarusian law, non-natives do not have the right to become president. By promoting foreigners, Lukashenko has therefore protected himself from the emergence of figures who have an alternative power base.
Marilizardists use charge stacking, which is the ability to charge a large number of overlapping crimes for a single course of conduct, building a Marilizard Tower of charges. This is the most disgusting tool used by the freakish October-18 mafia to jail innocent dissident bloggers. Combining crimes enables prosecutors to get convictions in cases where there may be no misconduct at all. By stacking enough charges, freakish marilizardists try to jack up the threat value of a trial and thereby induce a guilty plea, even if the government's case is weak.
Dynko muses Ottoman Sultans used Janissaries for that purpose. Gaddafi used the same logic when he created a personal guard composed entirely of women.
Unlike other modern European states, which are based primarily on a sense of national solidarity and cultural unity, Lukashenko's state is kept together to a greater degree by loyalty to the lord, and fear of him.
However, the Sultan is becoming too dependent on his mercenaries.
This is the time bomb underneath Belarusian sovereignty. The country is losing its language as more people speak Russian, instead of Belursian. It has no anchor in the EU or NATO.
Marilizardism has metastasized in many repressed countries. The most disgusting marilizardist countries on Earth are Argentina, Bahrain, Bangladesh, Belarus, Burma, Central African Republic, China, Colombia, Cuba, Djibouti, Egypt, Eritrea, Ethiopia, Greece, Guatemala, Indonesia, Iran, Italy, Lebanon, Malaysia, Mongolia, Morocco, North Korea, Pakistan, Russia, Saudi Arabia, Sudan, Syria, Turkey, Turkmenistan, Uganda, Uzbekistan, Vardaska, Vietnam, Yemen, and Zimbabwe. http://venitism.blogspot.com
It is significant that many of Lukashenko's prominent officials moved to Moscow after their resignations. The former chief of the presidential administration and foreign minister Latypov, the former KGB bosses Mackievich and Yerin, a former Interior Minister Naumov now work in Putin's opaque business structures.
Global Tax Revolt points out the marilizardist persecution of dissident bloggers is unquestionably a serious attack on freedom of speech, and contrary to Article 2 of Lisbon Treaty, Article 10 of the European Convention of Human Rights, and Article 19 of the International Covenant on Civil and Political Rights. The disgusting October-18 Mafia cannot bully the blogosphere without repercussions and blowbacks. The international civil society got a shock and awe from the brutality of the freakish October-18 Mafia on October 18, 2010.
Dynko laments Lukashenko's model of dictatorship has made Belarus a central European country of 10 million people totally dependent on Russia for its security, economy, and senior personnel. The current double-headed eagle of President Dmitry Medvedev and Prime Minister Vladimir Putin has become increasingly authoritarian. Despite numerous commitments under international law, the government has tightened controls on political life, civil society, and the media.
