The point is not to win the war, it's to make a profit out of it, the Russians left because America was supplying the Mujahadeen with weapons to shoot down their helicopters

Don't you think it is correct? We have been there aslong as the russians were now. Same as vietnam. You know how hard it is to kill cockroaches. I think a lot of great soldiers have died for what will eventually be a pull out anyway. Even the puppet parliament that will be set up will have loyalties to different factions.
