Of course you are right. The poor countries have to be attractive so their population will stay. Illegals and our own problems with boat people, are caused because financially and physically things are horrendous. Most would rather bring their families up in peace and happiness in their own countries.

Rich countries will always attract illegals from poor countries. It's a problem all wealthy countries have.
