come up with something that really works well for your end goal, holes
downrange. I figured if I screw up blocks trying to machine bullet
cavities, you just melt the blocks down into ingots and start over.
Then there's the one-offs and specialty things you can make. A guy at work
and I have talked about making pistol hollow points with steel penetrators
in them just for fun. There was at least one commercial bullet that had
this, but they were pulled off the market.
