Actually, Jose, I went to the police firearms range here in Barcelona,
to get a license.
Never followed up on it, but had fun shooting..
It´s not hard at all, for rifles, and only a bit more for hanguns.
Medical exam (30EUR or so), join a club, they post a notice, 30 days,
pass a shooting test, get a permit.
Permits are permanent or nearly so, and low cost.
