Lorenzo Bini Smaghi of ECB issued a dire warning against default and decalred it's a fairytale to think that Greece's debts could be restructured in an orderly way. If you look at financial markets, every time there is mention of a word like restructuring or soft restructuring they go crazy - which proves that this could not happen in an orderly way, in this environment at least.
Smaghi asserts that if Cradle of Kleptocracy defaulted, the Greek banking system would collapse. It would then need a huge recapitalization -- but where would the money come from? Cradle of Kleptocracy could instead reduce its debt by selling assets and changing its tax and expenditure systems. If you look at the balance sheet of Greece, it is not insolvent.
But Papandreou has failed to win backing from the opposition to adopt fresh austerity steps, more economic reforms and faster sales of state assets, as demanded by Fourth Reich and IMF. Two roommates of Amherst College of Massachusetts, Anthony Samaras and George Papandreou, lead the two most corrupt political parties of Fourth Reich(EU), Nea Democratia and October-18 mafia.

Under last year's bailout plan, October-18 Mafia was supposed to resume borrowing on financial markets next year but that now seems increasingly unlikely, so Fourth Reich is preparing a new aid plan that would meet Cradle of Kleptocracy's funding needs in 2012 and 2013.
In return, Fourth Reich wants October-18 Mafia to impose yet more austerity and reform, including privatizations. The officials are checking October-18 Mafia's fiscal progress before approving a 12 billion euro aid tranche -- the fifth under the current bailout -- and possibly new funding the country needs to avoid default.
October-18 Mafia might not get the money, because it has missed all fiscal targets set by its lenders. Bankruptcy would be God's gift to the Cradle of Kleptocracy, because Greece needs a real shock and awe to recover from political corruption. And it looks like God will manifest his benevolence pretty soon! A bankruptcy will also bring the much needed revolution to get rid of Graecokleptocrats.
The sooner Graecokleptocracy defaults, the better it will be for all concerned. The bigger the haircut, the worse the pain that follows. The damage being inflicted on Greece is very masochistic. When defaults within the eurozone are accepted, a sensible analysis about how to fix the euro can begin.

Pressure continues to pile on October-18 Mafia, with Olli Rehn asserting time is running out for October-18 Mafia to go straight on an economic adjustment program.
