I do realize I walk a fine line when writing articles for those new to the
hobby. I must withhold information to keep it manageable for the reader yet
not mislead them. I thought about adding footnotes to other articles as the
opportunity arose but in the end felt that this would emphasis how much more
there is to know.
My goal was to give enough information for someone to make the bracket and
gain a little knowledge and satisfaction along the way. The jury is still
out on this one...

A down and dirty square test is scrible a line flip over the square and try
to scribe a 90 from the other side. This usually shows any out of square
problems, but then yup you do need a second opinion to see if it is really
90.
Thanks Rick, I think a new folk might have learned a thing or two!
