This "UN-Constititutional" claim has benn tried in the federal Courts hundreds, if not thousands of times. 88 such cases have reached the SCOTUS. EVERY time, both "Conservative," and Liberal versions of the SCOTUS, have said IT is Constitutional, several times unanimously. Walt
