Check with other bead stores in your area to see if there is a bead society or club in your area. I live in another state that has several groups. For a low annual membership fee, we meet once a month and one of the members shows everyone how to do a skill. You can also trade craft ideas. One member showed me how to do wire wrapping techniques in exchange for me teaching her peyote stitch. Everyone brings their latest creation to the meetings to show off, so its a great place to get ideas too.
