Dear Members

 Ruthie Response
by Ruthie Hendrycks

Below are two horrific articles.
One the first,  of an Arizona decapitation demonstarting the violence has definitely
crossed into the U.S. - but we already knew that. The second, the decapitation of a
Mexican Investigator in the MURDER of David Hartley, his body, delivered to the Mexican
Army in a suitcase.
Where is the outcry and the discussion of actions that immediately need to be
taken to address the violent infestation that now is growing in the U.S.?
Where is the President on this violence or the Department of Homeland Security?
It is truly unbelievable that a black man refusing to leave his home when ordered to by a
white officer receives tons of media attention and ultimately ends in a 'Beer Summit' but
escalating violence due to an unsecure border and out of control illegal immigration
receives little media coverage and nothing from this Administration - only a push for
Comprehensive Immigration Reform and a lawsuit against Arizona to protect Arizonians
and enforce immigration law.
I call on this Administration and elected officials to immediately start enforcing our immigration laws. To inform Mexico to prepare a safe zone for the return of THEIR
citizens and to inform other countries - that we are now going to enforce our immigration
laws. And, to those who truly want to share in the American Dream to return legally.
I also wonder, if and when Arizona will take the action necessary steps under
'State Rights', to enforce the law - lawsuit or no lawsuit.
This should be a wake up call to our elected officials of the need to immediately
and finally - enforce our immigrations and secure the border immediately!

Man arrested after decapitated body found in Chandler;                          3 more suspects sought

CHANDLER - Chandler police are investigating a weekend homicide after taking a suspect into custody.
At approximately 5:30 a.m. Sunday, Chandler police were called to an apartment complex in the 300 block of West Fairview Street near Frye Road and Arizona Avenue for a decapitated man found inside a unit.
Officers found a Hispanic male in his 30s stabbed and decapitated. The man's head was found near the body.
The identity of the victim has not been released pending notification of family.
Crisantos Moroyoqui, 36, is in custody facing charges of second-degree murder and hindering prosecution.
According to police, Moroyoqui had been living near the victim and it appears they knew each other.
Sgt. Frank Mendoza said the victim, suspect and other people had been drinking earlier in the evening inside the unit.
The police report indicates some of the men left for a casino and at that time the witnesses reported seeing the victim alive with Moroyoqui and three other individuals. An hour later men awoke to find the victim deceased.
A witness who lived with Moroyoqui alerted investigators to bloody shoes which provided probable cause for Moroyoqui's arrest.
Moroyoqui is in the U.S. illegally.
Police are asking the public for help locating three more suspects in this case.
Juan Campos Morales Aguilar, aka Isai, is described as Hispanic, 220 pounds, with short dark hair and a thin mustache. He was last seen wearing a black shirt with a white T-shirt and blue jeans.
Jose David Castro Reyes, 25, is described as Hispanic, 5 feet 10 inches tall, 180 pounds, has short hair and is clean shaven. He was last seen wearing blue jeans, a white shirt and a white T-shirt.
The third suspect is known only as "El Joto." He is described as Hispanic, 5 feet 2 inches to 5 feet 4 inches tall, with a thin build, a goatee and short, spiked black hair. He was last seen wearing a white T-shirt with a black patterned shirt and Levi's.
They are believed to be traveling in a 2003 Red Ford Expedition with California plate 6FWR784.
The Chandler Police Department is asking anyone with information to call 480-782-4130.

Mexican Police Official Investigating Border Lake Shooting Found Dead, Missing Head

U.S. and Mexican authorities say a Mexican state police commander investigating the reported shooting of an American tourist on a border lake plagued by pirates has been killed -- and he reportedly was found decapitated.

Ruben Rios, spokesman for the Tamaulipas state prosecutor's office, says Commander Rolando Flores, the head of state investigators in the border city of Ciudad Miguel Aleman, was killed.

Two U.S. congressmen from Texas said they had received grim details about Flores' demise. The investigator "was found decapitated," Rep. Henry Cuellar's office said, while Rep. Aaron Pena said Flores "was delivered by way of a suitcase to Mexican military police."

ios said authorities "don't know how or why he was killed. We don't have any details on how he died."

Flores was investigating the disappearance of American David Hartley. Hartley's wife, Tiffany, says she and her husband were attacked by pirates on Falcon Lake on Sept. 30, while they were returning to the United States from Mexico on Jet Skis. Hartley was shot and presumably fell into the lake.

Rios says his killing was unrelated to the investigation, but U.S. authorities have said threats of violence from drug gangs who control much of the area has hampered the search for Hartley's body.

U.S. officials, particularly Texas Gov. Rick Perry, and Hartley's family have been pressuring Mexico to step up the search for Hartley and determine what happened.

Fred Garza, chief deputy sheriff in Webb County, on the Texas-Mexico border, said the search was continuing Tuesday.

A spokesman for Perry said the governor was being briefed and was expected to comment later Tuesday.
