Although I am glad to hear of the arrests of these illegal alien sex offenders -
I still wish to concentrate the focus of illegal immigration as a whole.
Focusing on law and order and not simply waiting to react after the next victim.
Not all illegal aliens are sex offenders but they all have broken our laws.
And, the pending deportations mean nothing if the border is not secure and they
can simply return.

In addition - they seem to already know much including the immigration status
of these illegal sexual deviants - makes one wonder how long they have known of their whereabouts and why action is being taken now.

BROWNSVILLE - Brownsville Police Chief Carlos Garcia says the border
violence has officially crossed over into the Valley. Two Tamaulipas men
were assassinated inside a truck Friday.

The chief of police says the investigation has led them to believe
this wasn't a crime committed by someone in the US. "This was a hit ordered
by the cartel," he says.

Cameron County Judge Carlos Cascos isn't surprised to see spillover
violence in Brownsville. He says, "it was a matter of time before it
trickled down to our community."

Residents say they didn't think it would become a reality. One woman
who wanted to conceal her identity says witnessing a crime, such as the
shooting of the Tamaulipas men, could be very dangerous. "If an innocent
family would have been passing by and seen that they would have been the
next target," said one woman. She worries about future violence and is
considering moving out of the Valley.

Cascos advises everyone to be cautious and more aware of their
surroundings.

Salvadoran national charged with child rape is allowed to post bond...now he's gone
U.S. marshals are searching for Carlos Brizuela-Montano, 22, who was arrested on June 18, 2009, in Montgomery County, Maryland and charged with second-degree rape and sexual abuse of a minor. Despite the serious charges, the Salvadoran national was simply allowed to pay $7,500 in bond, and quickly left the area.
In January 2010, Montgomery County police issued an arrest warrant for Brizuela-Montano and the U.S. Marshals Fugitive Task Force is now actively looking for him.
According to the U.S. Marshals Service, the fugitive in both Silver Spring, and Laurel, MD, as well as in Brooklyn, N.Y.
Brizuela-Montano is 5-feet-2 tall, weighs 140 pounds. He is a laborer with a background in asphalt work.
Anyone with any information on the whereabouts of Carlos Brizuela-Montano should call the U.S. Marshals' Fugitive Task Force at 301-489-1717.
As a direct result of Maryland's continued lax attitude toward illegal immigration, the state's sanctuary cities, and lack of cooperation with federal authorities, violent crimes committed by illegal aliens have recently soared.
Maryland is also one of a handful of states which issues driver's licenses to illegal aliens. Additionally, the Maryland State Board of Education have announced that they will not allow county school districts to count the number of illegal alien students registered in their respective districts.
The following is a short list of some of the violent crimes recently committed by illegal aliens in Montgomery County, MD:
-In July 2009, Edwin Umana, 21, was stabbed to death by seven Hispanic gang members.
-In November 2008, Tai Lam, 14 was shot to death on a crowded bus by 20-year-old MS-13 member and Takoma Park resident Hector Mauricio Hernandez. Unfortunately, this killing could have been avoided if Hernandez had been reported to federal authorities a month earlier, when the illegal alien was released after being caught carrying a concealed weapon.
-In October 2008, police arrested Honduran national Jose Juan Garcia-Perlera, 33, for the murder of Frances Havenstein, 63, after being linked to the crime with DNA evidence. He was also charged with several counts of robbery in a string of home invasions which targeted elderly homeowners. He always tied-up his victims, one of whom was 92-years-old.
At the time of his arrest, Garcia-Perlera was living in Hyattsville, MD and working for an electrical contractor. He had been in the country illegally for six years.
-In September 2008, while at a local mall, a Gaithersburg teenager was stabbed nearly 50 times by gang members Ricardo Mejia, 16, Oswaldo Michael Lainez, 16, Omar Diaz, 16, and Edgar Garcia, 15. Though he was stabbed in the heart, the teen survived the attack. All of the assailants were charged as adults with attempted first-degree murder, first-degree assault, reckless endangerment and two conspiracy charges.
In April 2009, Montgomery County Police Chief J. Thomas Manger announced that criminal activity committed by illegal alien gangs MS-13 and the Latin Kings had increased significantly and accounted for the higher numbers of serious crimes such as rape, robbery, and murder.
According to the Maryland State's Attorney's Office, there are 40 active gangs in Montgomery County with a total of about 1,150 members.
Chief of the FBI's MS-13 National Gang Task Force, Aaron Escorza recently said that gangs "know what law enforcement is doing. Word of mouth spreads quickly." Illegal alien gangs are now spreading the word that Maryland is part of the "wild wild East

Man pleads guilty to rape, murder of woman, 84

DNA linked him to the 2001 attack in a Carlsbad retirement home

By Dana Littlefield

Thursday, October 7, 2010 at 3:45 p.m.

VISTA — A man accused of attacking and killing an 84-year-old woman in her Carlsbad retirement home, pleaded guilty Thursday to first-degree murder and other felony charges.
Alejandro Avalos Fernandez, 34, was arrested last year in connection with the 2001 strangling death of Dr. Gladys Conrad, a retired psychiatrist. In addition to the murder charge, he pleaded guilty to rape and assault with intent to rape.
The last charge stemmed from a 2004 attack on a woman in Los Angeles.
Under the terms of his agreement with prosecutors, Fernandez will be sentenced to 34 years to life in prison at a Jan. 6 hearing in Vista Superior Court.
Conrad's body was found Sept. 1, 2001, inside her apartment at the Carlsbad by the Sea Retirement Community on Carlsbad Boulevard. An autopsy showed signs of sexual assault.
Authorities collected DNA at the time but were unable to identify a suspect. Three years later, that DNA was matched to DNA from an unsolved attempted rape of a 64-year-old Los Angeles nursing home employee.
The case remained unsolved until 2007, when Fernandez was arrested on a drug charge in Los Angeles. Authorities took a sample of his DNA but didn't enter his genetic profile into a database until a couple of weeks later. By then, Fernandez had been released.
Fernandez, a Mexican citizen, was arrested Jan. 23, 2009, in Mexico City, but because he fought extradition it took 13 months for him to be returned to San Diego County. He originally faced charges that made him eligible for the death penalty.
As a condition of extradition, local prosecutors agreed not to seek Fernandez's execution, making him eligible for a possible sentence of life in prison without parole if convicted. Mexico, which does not impose capital punishment, has traditionally resisted extraditing prisoners who could face the death penalty.
